March Madness

I have decided to challenge myself to a 1 month bake off. Since birth I can only recall five times that I have ever baked or used pastry applications at home. As all of you know I work at Flour Bakery. What some of you may not know is that I am not really fond of sweet cooking applications. I would take a slab of back fat well before I would take a bar of the worlds finest chocolate.

I have decided to dedicate March to baking not only at my job but at home. I am going to try to collect recipes not only myself, but from others including you. I will try to bake twice a week starting tomorrow.
